This is a spectacular blouse with a striking neon pattern in metallic blue and black. It is in great vintage condition .The label states it is size 36, it's 100% viscose and it says dry clean only. It's a unique piece of Harrods buying history and made in West Germany. The sleeves are leg of mutton in design and there is a matching belt.
