This is a very rare and precious Vintage Hat The hat is made of straw with a front brim and large Navy ribbon with a large bow at the back. It is so stylish , made in France. I am unsure of the size but the hat measures 20 cm long over the head space and 16 cm wide. The hat is in very good vintage condition.
