Where do you ship to?
In short we can ship to anywhere and everywhere!
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. Please allow a further 2 days for UK delivery, 3 days for European Delivery and 5 days for an International delivery.
Can I receive my order quicker?
You can use our Click and Collect service and pick up your order at our store in Cirencester. Please allow 2 days for the items to be in store ready for collection.
We also offer additional delivery options for UK customers. You will see these options available as you check out. Please note that for next day delivery you must place your order before midday. If the order is placed after midday then the items will be dispatched the following day.
What postal carrier do you use?
For orders within the UK, your items will be posted using Royal Mail Second Class (Signed For) Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail will get a signature from whoever receives the item. If there is nobody available to sign for the item and the item is not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, the item will be returned to us, with a note saying why they can't deliver it. If this happens we will contact you via email to arrange for the item to be redelivered. If you decide on a redelivery then the postage will have to be paid for again.
If the item or parcel weighs over 2kg we may use an alternative courier service such as DPD.
Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World will be posted using the Royal Mail International Signed For service. Your item will be delivered to its destination by the registered postal service of that country. A signature will be taken at the delivery address, which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letterbox.
If no-one is available to sign for the item then it will be retained by the postal administration. for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.
Whats your return policy for buying items online?
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return any items then please inform us via email at email@example.com and return the items to us within 7 days after receiving your order.
Please return items using a traceable and insured method such as Recorded Delivery, or obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. Unfortunately we cannot refund for items which are lost on their way back to Ava & Iva, so it is important that you obtain proof of postage or preferably use a signed for service back to us.
You can also bring them directly into the Cirencester shop if that is more convenient for you. We would be grateful if you could email us in advance so that we can make the process as speedy as we can for you. Of course you are welcome to exchange the item for another one in the shop within 7 days.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and as they were posted, complete with appropriate packaging and the original tags still attached. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt at Ava and Iva. You will receive a email to confirm when we have processed your refund. We regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the dispatch or return of items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatch from Ava & Iva.
